Welcome to the Energy and Sustainable Development Conclave! This is a joint collaborative event organised by The Maharashtra Solar Manufacturers Association and Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology, Pune.

This conclave is a dynamic gathering that brings together experts, innovators, and thought leaders from diverse sectors to explore the intersection of energy and sustainable development. With a focus on fostering dialogue, collaboration, and innovation, our event aims to address the critical challenges of energy transition, environmental conservation, and sustainable practices. We announce two dynamic competitions: Poster Competition And Exhibition For Energy And Sustainable Development Logo Competition And Exhibition For Energy And Sustainable Development Join us in exploring groundbreaking solutions, sharing insights, and shaping the future of sustainable energy. Together, we can drive positive change towards a greener and more sustainable world.

Poster Competition And Exhibition For Energy And Sustainable Development Instruction for participants: Participants have to prepare a "1m x 1m" size poster in "flex" form with an innovative research topic based on Energy And Sustainable Development. The proposed poster should be in digital/soft form and it should be submitted on or before 30th October 2023 using the Google Form link given below for the competition along with an abstract of 500 words which will provide a technical justification of the innovative topic presented in the poster. All the posters will be presented in the exhibition on 24th and 25th of November 2023 at VIIT, Pune campus and 3 winners will be declared on 24th Nov 2023. Details of the awards will be announced separately.

Logo Competition And Exhibition For Energy And Sustainable Development Instruction for participants:


Theme: The theme of this competition is "Energy and Sustainable Development." Your task is to create a compelling and visually appealing logo that represents the relationship between sustainable energy practices and their impact on development

Guidelines:

1. Design Logo: Create a unique and original logo that effectively communicates the theme. Consider using symbols, shapes, colors, and typography to convey your message. Your design should be visually engaging and memorable


2. Digital Format: Design your logo in a digital format. Preferred file formats include .JPEG, .PNG, or .SVG. Ensure that your submission is high-resolution for clarity and versatility

4. Content and Message: Clarity and Simplicity: Keep your design clear, simple, and easy to understand. Avoid clutter or overly complex elements that might detract from the logo's message. Relevance: Ensure that your logo directly relates to the theme of energy and sustainable development. Your design should convey a clear message about the importance of sustainable energy practices in fostering development.


5. Originality and Creativity: Original work: Your logo submission must be entirely your original work. Avoid using copyrighted material or elements that do not belong to you. Plagiarism will result in disqualification. Creativity: Be creative in your approach. Think outside the box and consider innovative ways to represent the theme. Your logo should stand out and make an impact.

Mandatory note: All the participants should present their logo on the competition day (24th Nov'2023) at VIIT, Pune. Details are displayed on the website about venue and time slots.

Logos will be evaluated based on criteria such as relevance to the theme, visual impact, originality, clarity, and versatility. 3 winners will be declared on 24th Nov 2023. Details of the awards will be announced separately.
